Kernaro Assist processes only the data required to respond to the user’s request. This may include the user prompt, relevant EA model context, selected artifacts, and any content explicitly provided by the user. It does not automatically transmit the entire EA repository.

Kernaro Assist uses the customer-configured AI provider for AI processing. The customer’s selected provider, region, and contractual terms determine the applicable GDPR, data residency, and protection arrangements. Where Kernaro AI Hub is used, Hub-related access, licensing, permissions, and agent configuration are managed under the applicable Kernaro/Sparx Systems arrangements.

For Kernaro Assist, the main processing dependency is the AI provider configured by the customer. If the customer uses Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or an enterprise gateway, the provider’s own subprocessors and terms apply. Hosted Kernaro AI Hub services may involve additional infrastructure subprocessors, subject to the applicable deployment model.

No. Kernaro Assist does not use customer EA model data, or files for model training. Customer data is used only to fulfil the user’s request through the configured AI provider. 

Kernaro Assist does not retain customer EA model content for AI training. Local diagnostic logs may be generated for troubleshooting and are shared with support only when required. Retention by the selected AI provider is governed by the customer’s own provider agreement and configuration. Hub-related retention, where applicable, follows the relevant Kernaro AI Hub policy.
